Your personal trainer helps you to see and word the goal which is currently topical in your life. Then, he chooses adequate methods for achieving this goal. When doing this, necessarily your gender, age, way of life, social status and interests are taken into consideration. Trainer completes your map of individual growth and directs your further steps.

Your personal trainer helps you to see and word the goal which is currently topical in your life. Then, he chooses adequate methods for achieving this goal. When doing this, necessarily your gender, age, way of life, social status and interests are taken into consideration. Trainer completes your map of individual growth and directs your further steps. You meet your trainer in person once a week at the time convenient for both of you specified in advance and may have 2-3 consultations on the phone weekly.

Except for the theoretical part, personal trainer offers your role play games and practical tasks. For example: you would like to get a job in a prestigious company where among your duties there would be communicating with VIP clients, but you’ve got fear of public speeches, you hardly find needful words when you have to. As a game assignment you may get the role of interviewer, who for instance asks random pedestrians about their attitude to the global warming or persuades them to buy new certain model of refrigerator. Except for the classes with personal trainer, you will have weekly meetings of all the students of basic course with the course curator during the week at evening hours.

InIndividual tuition basic course program:

1) Releasing your resources from the past situations:
- Cleaning your memory from stresses, old offenses and childhood fears;
- Forming your inner intention to start living in a new way.

2) Discovering your intellect, emotions and body.
- Releasing yourself from flesh clamps and complexes, studying body language.
- Finding out your frequently appearing negative emotions (irritation, offense, pretension, anger, …) and removing the reasons of their uprising.
- Detecting programs in your thinking, illusions about yourself and the world.

3) Working with attention and memory.
- Deconcentration (defocusing & relaxation).
- Extending volumes of memory and attention.
- Being present in Here & Now.
